Q1. I would like to get help from FSN technical support. What kind of information should I give the technician?

A: In order to assist you better, please send us the following files: Dpssetup.log, PartitionCut.log, Autosetup.log, Vbptask.log and Diskdata.log. These files reside on the same directory as the PC Vaccine Personal program.
